By accessing this website or purchasing Lover’s Trick, you agree to these Terms of Use, to our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not purchase or use the program.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and A G DE CARVALHO GOMES, CNPJ 63.829.416/0001-37.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase Lover’s Trick. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet both conditions, and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and belongs to you.

What the Product Is

Lover’s Trick is a digital educational and informational program, delivered online. Access is granted electronically after payment is confirmed. No physical product is shipped.

Your Licence to Use It

When you purchase Lover’s Trick, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the material for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may: watch the lessons as often as you like, on your own devices, for as long as your access remains active.

What You May Not Do

You may not:

• Copy, record, download, reproduce or redistribute the material, in whole or in part.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise make the material available to anyone else.
• Share your login details, or allow another person to use your access.
• Publish the material publicly, including on social media, file-sharing services or messaging groups.
• Create derivative works from the material, or present it as your own.
• Attempt to bypass any technical protection, or access the members area by any means other than the credentials given to you.
• Use the site or the material for any unlawful purpose.

Breaching this section allows us to suspend or terminate your access without a refund, in addition to any other remedy available to us in law.

Intellectual Property

All content in Lover’s Trick and on this website — including videos, text, images, graphics, logos, layout and design — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying the program gives you the licence described above; it does not transfer ownership of any part of it to you.

Purchases, Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on the sales page and are charged in the currency indicated at checkout. Promotional prices apply only while the offer is displayed. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase already completed.

Payment is processed by Mundpay. Your purchase is also subject to that platform’s own terms and conditions. We do not collect or store your card details.

Where the offer is described as a one-time payment, there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Refunds

Lover’s Trick is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, subject to the payment platform’s terms and conditions. The full conditions and the procedure for requesting a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Access and Availability

We aim to keep the members area available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, such as failures at a hosting or network provider.

Where the offer includes lifetime access, this means access for as long as we continue to operate the program, and does not create an obligation to maintain it indefinitely if the business ceases trading. If we ever discontinue the program, we will give reasonable notice so you can finish what you have started.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not promise any particular outcome from using Lover’s Trick. Results depend on personal circumstances, communication between partners, effort and other individual factors that we do not control. Any example or description in our material illustrates what is possible, not what you should expect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Lover’s Trick or this website.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code or any other law that cannot be waived by agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the material, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

Third-Party Platforms

This website and offer are not affiliated with Facebook, Meta, Google, or Mundpay. These platforms are used solely for advertising and payment processing purposes. All responsibility for the content, delivery, and support belongs to the seller.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we detect fraudulent activity, or if a chargeback is opened against a purchase. Where the breach is minor and can be put right, we will normally contact you first.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the seller’s domicile, except where consumer legislation entitles you to bring the matter before the courts of your own domicile, in which case that right prevails.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Changes apply from the moment they are published, and do not affect a purchase already completed under the previous version.
