The 60-Day Guarantee

Purchases made through this website are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, subject to the payment platform’s terms and conditions. If you are not satisfied with Lover’s Trick, you may contact our support team within the guarantee period to request a refund. The program includes access to educational content, digital materials, and the Lover’s Trick video lessons.

Who Is Eligible

You are eligible for a refund when all of the following are true:

• The request is made within 60 days of the date of purchase.
• The request comes from the buyer, using the email address given at checkout.
• The purchase was made through this website and its official checkout.

Requests that fall outside the 60-day window may still be considered, but they are granted at our discretion and are not covered by the guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to discipline.exe@gmail.com with the subject line Refund request, and include:

• The full name used at checkout.
• The email address used at checkout.
• The order or transaction number, if you have it to hand.
• The product purchased.

Feedback on why the program was not right for you is welcome and helps us improve, but it is never a condition of the refund.

How the Request Is Processed

Once we receive your request we confirm it by email and pass it to the payment platform for processing. Refunds are returned to the original payment method — we cannot send them to a different card or account.

After the refund is issued by the platform, the time for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, and is outside our control. This commonly takes a few business days.

Access After a Refund

When a refund is approved, your access to Lover’s Trick ends, including the members area and any bonus material. The licence granted in our Terms of Use ends at the same time, and you must stop using and delete any material saved from the program.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — a refund is usually faster than a dispute, and we would rather sort it out directly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of access while the payment platform investigates.

Payment Platform Terms

Refunds are processed by Mundpay, and its terms and conditions apply alongside this policy. Where that platform imposes a specific procedure or timeframe, we follow it. This website and offer are not affiliated with Facebook, Meta, Google, or Mundpay.

Your Statutory Rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code or any other consumer legislation that applies to you.
